6. Data Retention
For staff, we retain personal data according to deletion rules in Employment. For external users, we will retain data as long as you keep your account active. We will remind you yearly in case of your inactivity. If we are unable to make contact with you, we will delete your data after 24 months. In case there is payment involved, we will keep your personal information, 5 years after your last payment according to Danish Bookkeeping Act.
