According to GDP, data subjects shall be entitled to:

• find out whether their personal data has been processed,
• request the relevant information if your personal data has been processed.
  • data subjects have the right to obtain detailed information, including:

    • The categories of personal data
    • Recipients of the data
    • Data retention period
    • The existence of the right to rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection
    • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
    • If automated decision-making is involved, meaningful information about the logic involved

  • data is no longer necessary for the original purpose
  • withdrawal of consent (if processing was based on consent)
  • objection to processing with no overriding legitimate grounds
  • data was unlawfully processed
  • compliance with a legal obligation
  • notification to third parties is required only when feasible
• contest the results of automated processing in cases in which the analysis of the processed data by means of exclusively automated systems has produced unfavourable results,
